The implementation for email uses the ActiveSync protocol to talk to the Hotmail or Outlook servers. In this implementation, the Hotmail or Outlook account is set to only sync emails from a specific time period. In order to see all your emails, you may want to:
- Open the account's side bar by tapping
in the top left corner.
- Tap on the account's settings icon .
- Select the Hotmail or the Outlook account you wish to configure.
- Select "Automatic" under Synchronize and change it to "All messages".
Note: It may take a few minutes to synchronize all your emails. If you are only interested in your most recent messages, it may be quicker to synchronize a shorter time frame, such as 2 weeks.
