A theme is a type of Firefox add-on which changes the visual appearance of Firefox. This article describes how to find, install and manage themes in Firefox.

What are themes?
A theme changes the appearance of Firefox, such as the color scheme and background image of the toolbars.
Note: All themes for Firefox version 57 and above are lightweight (background) themes. Complete themes are no longer supported. See Built-in themes in Firefox - alternative to complete themes.
How to install themes
- Click the menu button , click and select .
- Scroll through the suggested themes or visit addons.mozilla.org to browse more themes.
- Click on the theme's author to see more information about it.
