Resolution

Perform the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Attempt to download the updates for Accuweather or Wikipedia. This update will never complete and displays the following screen showing 0.00 bytes downloaded:
   
   
2. Tap the update and tap Yes to cancel.
   
   

   The update is cancelled.

3. Restart your ZTE Open by pressing and holding the power button on the device and selecting Restart.

   The updates are automatically installed during the restart and the notification is cleared from the utility tray.
