Click the menu button to open the menu panel. Click Bookmarks and then click the Manage bookmarks bar at the bottom.
From the toolbar on the Library window, select Import and Backup and choose Import HTML....
The Import Wizard window will appear with From an HTML file selected by default. Click the NextContinue button.
Navigate to the bookmarks HTML file you are importing, select the file, and click the Open button.
