The Do Not Track feature is turned off by default except in Private Browsing, where it is always on by default. To always use Do Not Track:
- The template "OptionsPreferences" does not exist or has no approved revision.
- Select the panel.
- Click manage your Do Not Track settings.
- Check Always apply Do Not Track.
