Warning: If you change your password, your other devices will stop syncing and your previously synced computers and mobiles have to be re-added to your Sync account.
  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Settings (select Preferences on older macOS versions).Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and select Settings.
  2. Click on the Sync tab.
  3. Click the arrow next to Manage Account to reveal the Change Password menu.
  4. Click the Change Password menu and a new password sheet will slide downwindow will open.
  5. Enter your new password and then confirm it.
  6. Then click Change Password.
  7. Close the Settings page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
