Important: The date and time should be set automatically if you have a SIM card inserted into your device. You should not edit the date and time unless for some odd reason. If the time identified by your SIM card is incorrect, please contact your carrier. If the SIM card is inserted is not being read or is not functioning properly, please contact your place of purchase.

If you must change your date and time please do so by following these instructions:

  1. Open the settings app by tapping on Settings App (small).
  2. Go to the Personalization section and select Date & Time:
    date&time on ff os
  3. If Set automatically is on, turn it off.
  4. To change the date, tap on Date.
  5. A screen like the following will appear to set the date:
    ff os date
  6. From here, you can change the month, date and year. Swipe it up and down to change it accordingly.
  7. Tap OK.
  8. The changes made is now applied.
  9. To set the time, tap on Time
  10. From here, you can change the hour, the minute and the am or pm.
  11. Tap OK.
  12. The changes made is now applied.
