To use SMS feature on firefox os. tap the sms app icon

Once the Sms app has opened, you will direct to sms screen, you will see two icons above:

• New message
• Edit message

Create Message

To create a new message in your firefox os, click the new message icon .

The new sms screen will appear, and you will see two field:

• Contact field
• Text field

Enter the phone number manually in contact field.

If you wish to add from existing contact, tap on the add contact icon, next to contact field.

Enter text in text field, for example type "Firefox OS Release" using the keyboard.

Once finished click the send button to send your message

View Message

To see notification for new messages, you can see in notification screen (tap in the top, hold and scroll down)

Also you can view inbox by open the sms app, you will direct to SMS app screen

Tap the new message and you will direct to new screen contain new message (thread mode)

Delete Message

To delete messages click the edit message above.

You can delete one message by mark the message you want to delete

Or to delete all, click the Sellect all button. to desellect click the Desellect all.

If you are ready to delete message click the Delete button above

You will see the confirmation screen

click OK to delete or Cancel to cancel

Tip: To set your notification type go to setting

go to Notifcation and you will see three notifications type.
