If you signed up for Pocket using your Firefox, Apple or Google account, it's likely that you don't have a Pocket-specific password to log in. This is also the case if you transitioned your Pocket account to a Firefox, Google or Apple login.

A password is required to log into your Pocket account to applications that require your Pocket email and password, such as Pocket for Mac, Pocket and Kobo devices, as well as third-party apps like Feedly and Flipboard.

  1. Visit the Reset Password page and enter your email address.
  2. Check your inbox for an email from Pocket. It will contain a link that will take you to a page where you can choose a password for your account.

If you have any other questions about your Pocket password, please contact us.
