Sometimes you want to see more of the web and less of the browser. That's when Full Screen mode comes in handy. It lets you expand Firefox to fill up your whole screen, so you can focus on what matters most.

To turn on Full Screen mode on Firefox, do the following:

  1. At the top right corner, click the menu button Fx89menuButton.
  2. Select the full screen option Fx111FullScreenIcon.

  3. To exit Full Screen mode, repeat the previous action, clicking Fx89menuButton and then Fx111FullScreenIcon-Exit.
Note: You can also use the keyboard shortcut command + Shift + FF11 to switch between Full Screen and normal mode. On computers with a compact keyboard (such as netbooks and laptops) you may need to press fn + F11.
