How do I request a refund for MDN Plus?

To request a refund for MDN Plus:

  1. Access your Mozilla account at https://accounts.firefox.com/signin.
  2. In the panel to the left, under Settings, select Paid subscriptions.
  3. Find the Active subscriptions section.
  4. Click Get Help.
  5. On the Mozilla Support page, select Contact Support.
    • Under What are you contacting us about?, select Other.
    • Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
    • Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of the issue field.
    • Click the Send button.
Note: You must have an active subscription to access subscription support options.
