How do I request a refund for Firefox Relay Premium

To request a refund for Relay Premium:

1. Access your Mozilla account at https://accounts.firefox.com/signin.
2. In the panel to the left, under Settings, select Paid subscriptions.
3. Find the Active subscriptions section.
4. Click Get Help.
5. On the Mozilla Support page, select Contact Support.
6. Fill out the form with your request by completing the following fields:
   • Under What are you contacting us about?, select Other.
   • Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
   • Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of the issue field.
   • Click the Send button.
