If you can’t find the answer to your question in the MDN Plus support knowledge base, please contact us directly:

Access your account at https://accounts.firefox.com/signin
In the panel to the left, under Settings, select Paid subscriptions.
Click (or tap) Contact us.
Fill out the form with your request by completing the following fields:

Under What are you contacting us about?, select Other.
Explain your issue in the Description of issue field.
Click (or tap) the Send button.
