You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your VPN subscription will turn off auto-renew and the Private Network VPN will stop working when your subscription period ends. It will not delete your Firefox Account.

Windows 10

1. Open the Private Network VPN and click on your profile to expand the menu.
2. Click Manage account. Your Firefox Accounts page will open.

   

3. Click Manage next to Subscriptions.
4. Click the Cancel button next to Cancel Subscription.

Android

1. Open the Private Network VPN.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Manage account. Your Firefox Accounts page will open.
4. Tap the (button Sign in} button.
5. Scroll to Firefox Private Network if necessary.
6. Tap the Manage... button next to Subscriptions.
7. Tap the Cancel button next to Cancel Subscription.

   

8. Tap the Cancel my access and my saved information within Firefox Private Network checkbox.

   

9. Tap the Cancel Subscription button.
