How do I cancel my subscription to Mozilla VPN?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your VPN subscription will turn off auto-renew and the Private Network VPN will stop working when your subscription period ends. It will not delete your Firefox Account. #Open the Private Network VPN and click on your profile to expand the menu. #Click {menu Manage account}. 1. Open the Private Network VPN and click on your profile to expand the menu.
2. Click Manage account. Your Firefox Accounts page will open.

   

3. Click Manage next to Subscriptions.
4. Click the Cancel button next to Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t have access to the VPN, you can cancel it on the Firefox Accounts page.
