If you are unable to log in:
- Open Mozilla VPN and select Get Help on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select Contact Support.
- In the Contact Support form, you will be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
- Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.
If you are already logged in:
- Open Mozilla VPN and click Settings (the gear icon).
- Select Get Help.
- Click (or tap) Contact us.
- Complete the Support Contact form, where you will be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
- Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.
Contact us throught the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge Base:
- Visit the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge base and click Get support in the banner that appears at the bottom of the page.
- In the Mozilla VPN Solutions page, click Contact Support in the banner to the right.
- You'll be prompted to log in with your Firefox account to be able to submit questions or contact support.
- Fill in the Contact Support form.
- Click Submit.
