How can I contact support if I can’t sign in to Mozilla VPN

If you are unable to log in:

  1. Open Mozilla VPN and select Get Help on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  2. Select Contact Support.
  3. In the Contact Support form, you will be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
  4. Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.

If you are already logged in:

  1. Open Mozilla VPN and click Settings (the gear icon).
  2. Select Get Help.
  3. Click (or tap) Contact us.
  4. Complete the Support Contact form, where you will be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
  5. Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.

Contact us throught the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge Base:

  1. Visit the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge base and click Get support in the banner that appears at the bottom of the page.

  2. In the Mozilla VPN Solutions page, click Contact Support in the banner to the right.
  3. You'll be prompted to log in with your Firefox account to be able to submit questions or contact support.
  4. Fill in the Contact Support form.
  5. Click Submit.
