If you are unable to log in:
- Open Mozilla VPN and select Get Help on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Select Contact Support.
- In the Contact Support form, you will be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
- Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.
If you are already logged in:
- Open Mozilla VPN and click Settings.
- Select Get Help.
- Click (or tap) Contact Support.
- Complete the Support Contact form, where you will be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
- Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.
