You can register up to five devices with Firefox Private Network full-device protection.
Add a device
Windows 10
To add a device, simply sign in to Private Network on that device.
- Open Private Network VPN (you can open it from the Windows 10 app tray too).
- Sign in with your Firefox Account (only required the first time).
Your device will appear on your list of registered devices.
Android and iOS
To add a device:
- Open the Private Network VPN app.
- Sign in with your Firefox Account (only required the first time).
Remove a device
You can remove a device from another device. You won’t be able to remove the device that you’re currently using to access the app.
Windows
If you exceed the device limit, you will be unable to log in to the VPN until you remove devices.
- Open the Private Network VPN (you can open it from the Windows 10 app tray too).
- Click to see a list of your registered devices.
- Click the trash icon The image "vpn" does not exist. next to the device you want to remove.
Android and iOS

- Tap to see a list of devices currently registered devices.
- Click the trash icon
next to the device you want to remove.
You won’t be able to remove the device that you’re currently using to access the app.
