In order to run the Firefox Marketplace you need to install [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox_beta Firefox Beta for Android].

Launch Firefox Beta and navigate to the [http://marketplace.mozilla.org Firefox Marketplace site] (http://marketplace.mozilla.org)

Alternatively, you can follow these steps after launching Firefox Beta to access the Firefox Marketplace:
# Press the Menu button of your phone.
# Select "Apps"
# Tap the top right icon
