Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support about your issue. After reviewing your issue, it is best to reset you device.
Warning: Resetting your phone will delete all data stored on the device. Free and purchased installed applications will also be deleted. It will also unconfigure all default applications. All email accounts and emails will be deleted. Calendar data will also be deleted. Remembered Wi-Fi networks and any other settings or customizations you had previously configured will also be deleted!
To reset the device, follow these instructions:
- Open the Settings application.
- Tap on the Device Information button.
- Tap on the More Information button.
- Tap on the Reset phone button.
- Tap OK to continue or Cancel to cancel.
