Forum Response - OMTC issues in Firefox 33

Hello, Firefox has implemented a new, faster way of loading webpages in Version 33. This new feature is called [https://wiki.mozilla.org/Platform/GFX/OffMainThreadCompositing OMTC]. If you are experiencing black or blank webpages when you start Firefox or on some sites, you should update Firefox. Mozilla has released an updated version that fixes the problem. If you are in Firefox and can see your menus, you can [[update Firefox to the latest version|update Firefox from the Help menu]]: *Click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]], click help [[Image:Help-29]] and select ''About Firefox''. If you can't use the Firefox menus, you can go to [https://www.mozilla/org www.mozilla.org] using Internet Explorer or another browser to download and install the latest version. If you are in Firefox and can see your menus, you can update Firefox from the Help menu:

• Click the menu button , click help and select About Firefox.

If you can't use the Firefox menus, you can go to www.mozilla.org using Internet Explorer or another browser to download and install the latest version.
