Hello,
Firefox has implemented a new, faster way of loading webpages in Version 33. This new feature is called OMTC. If you are experiencing black or blank webpages when you start Firefox or on some sites, you should update Firefox. Mozilla has released an updated version (33.0.1) that fixes the problem.
If you are in Firefox and can see your menus, you can update Firefox from the Help menu. (Click the menu button , click help
and select About Firefox.)
If you can't use the Firefox menus, you can download and install the latest version of Firefox using Internet Explorer or another browser. Just go to https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and choose the installer for your language.
See Firefox shows a black screen or blank screen after updating to 33 for more information and a workaround if updating Firefox does not help.
Please let us know if this solves the problem.
Thank you!
