Forum Response - OMTC issues in Firefox 33

Hello, Firefox has implemented a new, faster way of loading webpages in Version 33. This new feature is called OMTC. If you are experiencing black webpages when you start Firefox or on some sites, this is a bug that Mozilla has been working on very hard to fix. A new version of Firefox has just been released which should solve the black screen issue for most users. If you are in Firefox and can see your menus, you can update Firefox from the Help menu:

• Help (or > ) > About Firefox
