Netflix uses the Microsoft Silverlight plugin to play videos on your browser.
If you see the Netflix Playback Error N8152 while trying to watch Netflix videos on Firefox, there might be a problem with the plugin itself, or a setting on your computer is preventing the plugin from working properly.
