Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to set custom homepage on Firefox for Android. However, please note that most of the people answering questions here are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to advocate for this feature, please consider voting on this idea in the Mozilla Connect platform.
