How to solve most problems with Firefox

Follow these steps in order until the problem is fixed:

Restart your computer
&nbspClear your cookies and cache
&nbspUpdate your plugins
&nbspRestart Firefox in Safe Mode and see if the problem goes away
- If the problem goes away, see &nbspTroubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
- If the problem does not go away, continue on to step 5.

&nbspReset your Firefox settings
&nbspReinstall Firefox
&nbspMake a new profile
