= Unable To Place Calls/ Send SMS =
There are many reasons behind why calls or messages can not be placed/ sent.
* No SIM card: Please visit the nearest cell phone provider to pick on up.
* Invalid/ incorrect number dialed - Please double check the phone number you have dialed. You can also see [How to make a call] for tips and tricks.
* Network issues - Please contact your service provider if you believe you are having network issues.
= Unable To Connect To Wi-Fi=
If you need helping connecting to a Wi-Fi network please see [Getting online using WiFi on Firefox OS]. <br>
There are many reasons why you are unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network:
* No networks available
* Invalid key entered
* WPS button not pressed
You can turn Wi-Fi off and back on to see if it helps or reboot your device.
