Firefox Hello is being released gradually to all Firefox Beta users over the next few weeks. While some Beta users won't see the Hello button on their own browser, they can still answer calls from Hello users.
Firefox Hello lets you have voice or video conversations directly from the browser - no downloads or account signups required! All you need is a microphone, a webcam (optional), and Firefox Beta.
