=Bug Fixes=
*If the Firefox Relay preference ({pref signon.firefoxRelay.feature}) was locked via policy, it was not disabled in the preferences UI. This was fixed in [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1844615 bug 1844615].

=Other Changes=
*A new preference has been added ({pref browser.download.force_save_internally_handled_attachments}) that forces files whose type is internally handled by Firefox to be downloaded when the value <code>attachment</code> or <code>download</code> of the HTTP header <code>Content-Disposition</code> is specified on the link. =Policies=
*The [https://mozilla.github.io/policy-templates/#firefoxsuggest FirefoxSuggest] policy has been added to manage [[Firefox Suggest FAQ|Firefox Suggest]] (US only).

Bug Fixes

If the Firefox Relay preference (signon.firefoxRelay.feature) was locked via policy, it was not disabled in the preferences UI. This was fixed in bug 1844615.

Other Changes

A new preference has been added (browser.download.force_save_internally_handled_attachments) that forces files whose type is internally handled by Firefox to be downloaded when the value attachment or download of the HTTP header Content-Disposition is specified on the link. For more information, see bug 1811830.

Policies

The FirefoxSuggest policy has been added to manage Firefox Suggest (US only).
The Preferences policy has been updated to allow setting the preferences security.ssl.require_safe_negotiation and xpinstall.whitelist.required.
