Cookies are simple text files stored on your mobile devices when you visit a website for browsing. Cookies are quite useful in remembering your preferences, details of your shopping basket and in tracking users visiting websites. Also cookies are useful in advertising on the web. Too many cookies on your Smart phone may consume precious memory and result in lower performance of your phone. First-party cookies are enabled on your Smart phone by the site domain owner whose website you have visited. Third-party cookies come from other websites other than the one you are currently visiting

Enable all types of Cookies

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser
  2. Tap on Menu and tap option More
  3. Tap on Settings
  4. Tap on Privacy
  5. Tap on Cookies and select enabled

Enable Cookies exculding Third-party Cookies

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser
  2. Tap on Menu and tap option More
  3. Tap on Settings
  4. Tap on Privacy
  5. Tap on Cookies. Select enabled, excluding third party.

Disable Cookies

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser
  2. Tap on Menu and tap option More
  3. Tap on Settings
  4. Tap on Privacy
  5. Tap on Cookies and select disabled

To delete cookies

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser
  2. Tap on Menu and tap option More.
  3. Tap on Settings. Now select by tapping Clear all cookie data.
  4. Confirm clearing of cookies by tapping on Ok

To delete cookies automatically when you exit Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser
  2. Tap on Menu and tap option More.
  3. Tap on Settings.
  4. Tap on Privacy and check next to Always clear when quitting.
  5. In the pop-up window, select cookies and active logins , then tap Set
