Currently there is an issue with DRM media playback in all versions of Desktop Firefox running on ARM based Windows devices. This issue prevents users from viewing content on popular streaming sites like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Disney+.
This issue was discovered December 2022 and is currently under investigation by Mozilla engineering teams.
The problem was introduced in a recent Widevine CDM update shipped December 1st, 2022. This issue appears to be addressed through a recent Windows 11 update. Windows 10 is still impacted.
