Disable or re-enable Pocket for Firefox

Starting in Firefox version 40, a version of the Pocket add-on is included by default. If you do not want to use it, disabling that feature is fairly simple.
To disable the default Pocket add-on:
- Open a new browser tab and navigate to about:config
- Read the warning and click .
- In the search field on top of the page that opens search for browser.pocket.enabled (you can copy and paste it from here).
- Right click the line that includes the value True and select from the options, so that the value now says False.
- Restart your browser.
You should no longer see the Pocket add-on options in the menus.
If you want to re-enable the feature, do the following:
- Open a new browser tab and navigate to about:config
- Read the warning and click .
