Smart Window can watch webpages for changes and notify you when something you're interested in changes. For example, you can create a task to watch for price drops. You can have up to 15 active tasks.

Note: Tasks use the Qwen AI model because it currently provides the best performance and reliability for watching webpages and detecting changes. To provide a consistent experience, tasks use Qwen even if you select a different AI model in your Smart Window settings.

Create a task

Note: Tasks are paused automatically after 60 days if no matches are found, so tasks that may no longer be useful don’t keep running indefinitely. All tasks are paused 90 days after they’re created, giving you a chance to review them and decide whether you still want them to run.

How you’ll get notified

Firefox sends you a desktop notification when there’s a match for what you’re watching. Clicking the notification opens the page or pages you’re watching. A green dot also appears on the Tasks button in the toolbar, to let you know there’s a new match. Open the Tasks panel to see the latest for your tasks.
