If you didn’t find answers in the Private Network knowledge base, contact us directly:

  1. Click the Private Network button fpn new button on the toolbar to open the panel.

  2. Click the settings icon on the top right of the Private Network panel:

  3. Click Contact Us (you may be prompted to log in to your Firefox Account if you're not already).
  4. Fill out the form (select "Firefox Private Network" in the dropdown) and click Send.
