Clear your browsing history and other personal data on Firefox for Android

Firefox for Android offers you control over your personal data, such as browsing history, passwords and more. You can conveniently save this data to your browser and delete it any time you want to:

Clear your entire browsing history

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon in address bar in android

  2. Tap History
  3. Tap the trash trash icon fx iOS icon in the top right corner.
  4. Tap Everything in the time range to delete panel.

Clear specific items from your browser

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon in address bar in android

  2. Scroll down to Privacy and Security.
  3. Tap Delete browsing data.
  4. Put a mark next to the items you want to clear.
  5. Tap the Delete browsing data button.

Delete data on exit

This option automatically deletes your selected data (bookmarks, browsing or search history, saved passwords, and more) every time you quit Firefox:

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon in address bar in android

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Privacy and Security.
  4. Tap Delete browsing data on quit.
  5. Tap the toggle next to Delete browsing data on quit and check the items you want to clear every time you quit Firefox.

Firefox will delete your information each time you close it through the Quit option on the three-dot menu .

Note: If the above options do not work, force the application to stop and then restart it. Then follow the above steps to clear browsing history.
