Firefox version 128 introduces a new feature that helps you block these links from automatically opening in external applications.
By default, this setting is off, but you can easily turn it on by following a few simple steps:
- At the right side of your address bar, tap the application menu
.
- In the dropdown menu, select .
- At the bottom of the General section, look for the option to Block Opening External Apps. Toggle the switch to turn it on.
