Firefox Focus for iOS helps you get to websites faster with URL Autocomplete. This feature is on by default, but you can turn it off, as well as manage your own custom URLs.

Turn Autocomplete on or off

  1. Tap the Menu button and then tap Settings.
  2. Tap the URL Autocomplete option under SEARCH.
  3. Tap the switch next to either of these options to turn it on or turn it off:
    • Top Sites: Enables autocomplete in the address bar for the most popular websites.
    • My Sites: Enables autocomplete in the address bar for your favorite websites, which you can enter manually.
  4. Tap the back arrow to save your changes and return to the main Settings screen.

Add your own links

  1. Tap the Menu button and then tap Settings.
  2. Tap the URL Autocomplete option under SEARCH.
  3. Tap the My Sites option on, if it is not enabled already.
  4. Next, tap on Manage Sites to see the option to Add Custom URL.

  5. Enter the custom links you wish to add. You may only add one URL at a time. You can add URLS by pasting them or typing them in.
  6. After entering a link, press Save to add it to your list of favorite sites.
  7. Tap the back arrow to save your changes and return to the main Settings menu.
