If you use Hotmail and see a blank message when trying to reply or forward a message, this can happen when you are in Hotmail's rich text mode and the message you are responding to contains rich text elements like images.
Mozilla has contacted the Hotmail team, and they are working on fixing the issue. In the meantime, you can work around the problem by clearing your cache before forwarding or replying to each message.
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click and select .Click the menu button
and select .
- Select the panel.
- Click on the Network tab.
- In the Offline Storage section, click .
- Close the page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
