Is there some way I can directly to someone for help
I really like Mozilla, but getting help is impossible. I had to restore my computer by to factory settings. I had all my bookmarks plus a lot of addons and plugins from Mozilla. Is there anyone I can get help from by directly corresponding thru email. I could wait days for an answer thru the forum if I could even find it once I have submitted my question. For me this is urgent.

Did you use Windows Restore to restore your computer or did you re-install Windows?
If you use Restore bookmarks, passwords and data from an old Firefox profile to find your old profile, does that help?
