How can I change my name in my profile. Someone hacked it and now it says the email is from Bob George instead of Iva Reihl
Apparently someone hacked into my account and put in the name Bob George. He also downloaded many email addresses and is apparently sending out emails to them because I have had many returned unknown recipient. How do I get his name out and mine back?

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

I tried support from ATT. Had a man that barely spoke English and he transferred me back to my original email. It was so slow I changed it back to Mozilla, but the other name came back. I really don't want to do a new email or password. Any more suggestions/ Iva
