Wallpaper not changing on new page.
Most up to date firefox version, on new page i try to customise using the customise pencil icon, i try to change image to jpg files image or firefox own wallpapers and it won't work; themes of top bar are working. Not tried changing with theme (i.e. wallpaper theme), but presume that may work, also i tried undoing the themes and contrast stuff as mentioned online, but still not working and I also tried restarting firefox, but still same issue.

New firefox update sort of fixed it but didn't cos new page (ctrl + t) still is stuck on same old wallpaper. When new update came the new page it opened on update was working but it had no widgets, but that was a special one time new page.
