very high cpu on some websites

hello good day i know this is asked many times but i've tried a lot of solutions that i can find online but none works so here i am... https://share.firefox.dev/4uKI7Xf im running firefox in a windows 10 virtual machine, 3d accelerated, some websites (even google sheets) that make my firefox use a lot of cpu check/uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available", uninstall, troubleshoot mode... is no different any help is appreciated, thanks
