Computer down / MS365 application for a solution paid for but unused after their request to change my email address and PW !!
Please return my Computer to using Firefox default as my browser as it was 2/01 /2026.Ive tried several times to do this w/o success . I was using windows 11 and have been trying to get rid of MS365 which I never used but have been charged for a solution , but have been blocked and refused cancellation after they asked me to change my email address and PW . Insanely confusing !

Please help me with system restore to 2/01/2026 with Firefox default as my browser using Windows 11 successfully for a long time , Desperate attempts to repair my computer which went down unexpectedly caused me to apply for MS365 which i was charged for , but can't use since they didn't recognize my email address and pw . I deleted my email address and pw for them , now I can't even get a refund or cancellation for MS365 .... which seems to have messed up everything . I would appreciate your help . Thank you
