I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get.

How would we help you access the lava950??? You need to work out with MS on getting access to that account. I've had a hotmail account since the late 90's and have always had a way to access my account.

i have the same issue as lava950 and it's (not) surprising so many corporations' overpaid CEOs CIOs too dumb/corrupt to recognize this valid issue. many millions use email NOT gmail, hotmail/outlook, yahoo... but had company email, not company closed or left company. millions created accounts in the 90s like jonzn4SUSE as i NEVER once used correct personal info, suspecting these corporations had a dirty secret plan to retain our data forever and sell it. those sheep that did give personal info could have incorrect input and/or can't remember their mistakes. verification telephone numbers from old companies lines now gone. millions input fake data because it's no corporations' business so even going through legal procedures (hiring a lawyer for $5000) to navigate recovery might not work because original account creation we entered incorrect birth date. as i remember user didn't have to enter anything but user name and password for the first 8ish years. right now i'm done with corporate spying selling my data, scanning my personal email text and created email from my own registered domain. i don't want and won't contact the big name corporate email provider funding fascism in USA/World. all this nightmare because firefox/corporations are sending me a verification code to an email i don't have access to just to update my firefox account to my new email. has everyone gone nuts? it's a shame, i enjoyed being part of this mozilla community, if i gone a challenge of verification code to log in mozilla the previous post would be my last! i don't give out my telephone to any entity i'm registering for unless i have no choice and realize the necessity (financials). i just don't use them.
