How do I complete the sync without a phone number?
Hello, I have been without a phone for almost a year considering wireless alternatives exist. I have no phone number and can't finish the first time set up without a phone number. I know I happen to be a small majority, but I would appreciate an alternative that allows to bypass certain walls like that. I don't ever plan on gaining a phone number again unless absolutely necessary. If I happen to be mistaken and just don't know about a way around it, it would be even more appreciative to make it more obvious.

The Sync option is for syncing information between Firefox on two devices. It is not something you use on one device nor is it a backup option.

Oh, my apologies. Not only did it just work as I installed it to my phone. Don't know why I didn't think of that anyways. Also I got you, I figured it was to sync from my Chrome somehow. I apologize for wasting time. Thank you for the responses though.
Note that the Waterfox version you use may behave differently.
Have android as well as pc laptop devices but no cell-mobile phone number, so how can I get past that block to being able to sync?
