Hi Evelyn, on Windows 11 I do it from inside Firefox: open the menu, go to Settings > General, and under Startup click Make Default. If Windows opens its Default apps page instead, just pick Firefox there and make sure it's set for HTTP, HTTPS, .htm and .html. Once I did that, links from other apps started opening in Firefox straight away.
