Firefox jumps at random intervals when scrolling?

At first I thought it was my mouse, but then I tried scrolling with the arrow keys and it does it still.

It's not in any specific website, it'll happen anywhere at any time.. I'll be scrolling and suddenly the page jumps about 10-20 lines in any direction.
