Hi Mozilla Support Team,

I’m experiencing slow loading times specifically when accessing this page on Firefox: https://timhortonsmenuprices.ca/tim-hortons-energy-drinks/

The same page opens much faster on other browsers like Chrome and Edge. I've already cleared my cache, tried safe mode, and disabled extensions, but the issue still persists only on Firefox.

Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this lag in Firefox? Any troubleshooting advice would be appreciated.

I am being blocked by newyorktimes.com. I have tried access after disabling all my extensions and preventing tracking for this site. It makes no difference. This just started happening. It is not a problem with my accoun\t as I can acces the site with Microsoft Edge.

I'm facing an issue where a specific page on my website loads very slowly or sometimes remains blank when viewed in Firefox. However, the same page works perfectly in Chrome and Edge.

I’ve already cleared the cache, tried private mode, and disabled all add-ons, but the problem still occurs. Could this be related to JavaScript rendering, caching, or a browser-specific incompatibility?

The issue concerns a menu page, and I’m seeing similar structure on other sections like raising canes-menus, so I want to ensure it doesn't affect those as well. Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

So I've got 6 tabs open in Firefox, all working properly. To help me focus on another task, I open a 2nd window in Firefox. It is, however, blank and unresponsive, doesn't show any extensions in the toolbar, but does show "Firefox View" which I don't normally have showing. I can only close the new window by using Task Manager to shut Firefox down completely or by right-clicking in the Taskbar on the dead window and selecting "close window". What's going on here? I did click on a certain website but did not buy anything from it. Now it comes up when I open Firefox. I have blocked the website and it comes up now saying it is Blocked. But it still is showing up. How do I get rid of this website for good. I do not want it there every time I open Firefox. I have delete all my history. It does not show up in my history for the day either.

Disable AD-ONS app is not listed anywhere in setting menu? but it is installed & I can not control it because i can not find it to disable it or adjust it? What can I do?

Recently, in the last few weeks, when I try to play BitChute videos, I click on play button and it disappears and nothing happens. Now, within the last 2 weeks, I cannot access BillPay. I get an error message , "return to internet banking and relaunch." I can launch both programs in Chrome. Please tell me how to fix these problems. I would rather use Firefox.

I have read about clear cache, taking off ad blockers, etc. These problems happened from one day to the next without many any setting changes to my knowledge. I thought about system restore but it will only go back to 07/25 at this point.

I was on a website when I mistakenly clicked something like "disable further ?notifications?" and now the site doesn't work because it can't send said notifications. How do I resolve this issue?

I downloaded some zipped programs yesterday from regular websites, and got a warning "This file is not commonly downloaded." Fine, whatever. Seemed like they didn't download, then they did. I deleted them afterwards. Now whenever I open Firefox (and it's not running in another window) I get a popup showing the program downloads and warning, as if I just tried to download them. I deleted them from history, but still get the popup, so they keep showing in my download history. I've tried ALL the usual fixes in Settings, looked for the files stored in Mozilla folders, rebooted and restarted the modem, no luck. Maybe it's a Windows Defender update causing this. How to stop this annoyance?

Only as of late, I have been getting a "blocked" screen message when I click on the bookmarked website for my Summit Credit Union digital banking site. No other access problems. Just this site now and never previously.

I have been trying to use autofill on my saved passwords for 3 weeks. I have gone through all of the steps on your website, changed my password and when I try to open any site that I have saved, it asks me for a Primary password, which I have changed countless times and I still cannot access the auto fill password for any of the websites I have saved. I am extremely frustrated. I got an email from Mozilla with how to do this and it is not working. I would very much like to speak with someone to walk me thru this as soon as possible.
