hello pkf,

the issue you have is not a FireFox issue but a Microsoft Windows issue.

alternatively, you could/should visit the microsoft community forums for answers.

However, off the top of my head, you may need to have administrator privilege to make changes to your windows o.s.

go to user accounts section and review the settings.
